Licence Agreement

The grant

We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and run the product on up to the number of devices included in your plan, within the major version your licence covers.

What you may do

• —Install and use the product on your licensed seats for any lawful purpose, including commercial work — everything you create with the product is yours.
• —Keep using the last version that works for you, even after we ship a new major version.
• —Release a seat yourself at any time from the “My licences” page when you switch computers.

What you may not do

• —Resell, redistribute, rent out or sub-licence the software or its licence keys.
• —Circumvent the activation or ticket system, or use one licence beyond its seats.
• —Remove notices or claim the software as your own.

Third-party components

Our tools build on open-source work and ship open-source models (for example background-removal and upscaling models). Those components carry their own licences, which do not restrict what you create with the output. Attribution and licence texts are available on request.

Ownership

The software remains our property. You own the licence to use it — and everything you make with it.
